Analysis Techniques

JBL utilizes an array of techniques to deliver accurate, detailed results to clients

A selection of our analysis techniques includes

Finite Element Methods – Stress, Heat Transfer and Coupled Field analysis, as well as Dynamic system analysis, are typical FE application areas.  

Strength of Materials – we develop closed-form calculation models for design synthesis and performance verification analysis.  

Parametric Design – we use design sensitivity and optimization techniques with Abaqus and Isight for advanced product feature selection. 

Material Model Development – we specialize in polymer material models for FE Analysis of customers sealing systems and molded products.  

Fatigue Analysis – we use fe-safe to predict crack initiation and fatigue life of parts and assemblies to improve product durability for our customers.
