Fitness for Service

We can map ultrasonic thickness measurements onto a finite element shell model to verify a component's fitness for service using the API 579-1 standard​

Design by Analysis

Threaded Connection

We perform detailed analysis of threaded connections--finding tensile capacity, analyzing torque ratings, and observing behavior under bending.  We have also developed a python-based plug-in for Abaqus/CAE enabling customers to quickly create and analyze FE models by simply specifing connector parameters and loading conditions.​
