Bryan Lane is an engineering consultant specializing in product development with emphasis on innovative improvement of mechanical systems. Bryan’s 30 year career has focused on solving product challenges in emerging technologies from oil field equipment to medical devices. With expertise in computational and experimental analysis techniques, Bryan has repeatedly reduced time to market. He is co-inventor on 5 US patents and 3 pending applications in the areas of well completions, sealing technology, and sensor development.
Bryan received a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas. |
Brian Davis received a BS in mechanical engineering from UC San Diego and an MS from Colorado School of Mines. His thesis work involved developing Python-based extensions to the Abaqus environment to analyze several types of contact problems. He has traveled extensively in support of humanitarian projects for Engineers Without Borders. After working as an engineering analyst in aerospace and oil and gas, Brian now leverages his academic, humanitarian, and industrial experiences to solve a broad range of FEA problems.

Holley Love received a BS in biomedical engineering and MS and PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Houston. Her graduate studies focused on experimental and numerical evaluation of heart assist pumps. With a background in fluid mechanics and heat transfer, Holley is the newest addition to the JBL staff.
